I’m Richard. I hold a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a pre-accredited member of the IACP and am fully insured.
I am married, have a daughter, 8+ years post-kidney transplant and worked as an electrician for 12 years. I also volunteer as a counsellor with domestic violence services.

My Philosophy
I consider myself to be a relational counsellor. This means that I work to create a relationship with my clients were they can experience empathy, honesty and a non-judgemental, unconditional support.
With this relationship we can safely explore your values, fears, beliefs, identity and perspectives. This means that we can go in any direction you want and at your pace.
Availability & Pricing
I am currently working full-time, volunteering and lecturing part-time. As such, I have limited availability and am working ONLINE ONLY.
For this reason I am able to offer sessions for only €50*
My full hours of availability can be found on my booking page.
I am currently offering early morning sessions daily.
I now have evening availability on Thursday.
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
