My Philosophy

I consider myself to be a relational counsellor. This means that I work to create a relationship with my clients were they can experience empathy, honesty and a non-judgemental, unconditional support.

With this relationship we can safely explore your values, fears, beliefs, identity and perspectives. This means that we can go in any direction you want and at your pace.
